Hello everyone,

As you may all know by now, you have been experiencing some issues with the site. I will try and fix them now, but I might as well tell you now:

We are experiencing a rebirth of GuitarBT.com, we are currently working very hard to bring you a redesign of GuitarBT.com, call it a Rebirth if you will.

The site is so old now, and it's just not working as I wish it would, it was OK 4 years ago, but we need something more. We have been working for the past 4 weeks on something and I hope all of you guys like it.

It should be ready in less than a week (I hope), so hold on tight and enjoy the ride.

If I had the time and the money, I think I would have tried to make the same kind of site (BT sharing) for the french community... (I'm french)
I'm also learning to record music on PC with virtual instruments (anything except the guitar) ; I never thought that it could be so hard to make a good sounding BTs...
Anyway, I hope to make few that I'll share here :) !

I haven't found something permanent, as you know, the world recession is eating away all the jobs, so I gotta hand in tight.

I've been doing some stuff on the side to survive, and one of those things is all the work for this site's redesign, hopefully revenue can go up so I can feed my family.

I've been using your site quite many times, and I usually find what I'm looking for.

Thank you for providing this site. It is very valuable for guitarists.

I've been playing guitar for about 7 years, but I also am a computer programmer, specializing in web technologies and DBs. Send me a PM if you need some advice, or if you are stuck on something technical. I know C#, .NET, PHP, Ajax, and most database engines and T-SQL, except DB2.

I am building up my own completely free site for music theory, but I am not pushing it yet, at this point.
